Began studying ballet in her hometown of Jefferson City, Missouri. At the age of 15, she was offered a full scholarship to study at the Harid Conservatory, an elite ballet boarding school in Boca Raton, Florida. After graduation, she spent one year in the pre-professional division with Ballet Met. As a professional she joined the Cleveland/San Jose Ballet and then the Kansas City Ballet.
Stefani has enjoyed dancing a diverse repertoire of classical and contemporary work. Some of her most memorable roles include Myrtha in Giselle, the principal in Concerto Barocco, the Kaddish solo Lento a Tempo e Appassionato, and the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker. Stefani has been teaching ballet for over 10 years.
She enjoys teaching young dancers the importance of dancing smarter by educating them about anatomy and how the body moves most efficiently.
