Kansas School of Classical Ballet offers two summer programs to continue challenging students both artistically and technically beyond the school year program.
Summer programs allow young dancers to progress with their ballet education, often making huge strides. Dancers who are fully rested and not weighed down by the added demands of schoolwork are able to accomplish months of work in just a few short weeks in the summer.
Some of the benefits to summer programs:
- Stay in shape
- Maintaining your dance vocabulary
- Preserving your technique
- Gaining strength and flexibility
- Focusing on your passion
Dancers are given the chance to grow, creatively and technically, and discover what their strengths are. Our visiting guest teachers can help open a dancer’s mind and show them a new approach to learning. Classes will provide challenges to help strengthen abilities and focus on individual needs.
Summer programs for all ages and levels are available.
